If you are under 18, you may use TaplSolar.com only with permission of a parent or guardian. Cancellation/Refund Policy We generally process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. If, for any reason, you desire to change or cancel your order, prior to processing, we will make every attempt to fulfill your request. However, if the order has been processed and shipped, we are under no obligation to accept any changes or cancellation. If the order contains a product that is a “stocking” product, we can try to accommodate, though all returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All products will be sent via UPS to the freight carrier to guarantee delivery. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. If customer desires to ship outside of the United States, Tapl Solar will ship to a freight forwarder of customers choosing.
